This vintage has a beautiful balance between earth and fruit, with dark berry notes as well as black cherry, plu and dried fig. Aged in oak, it is full-bodied with juicy red flavors and a nicely balanced complexity. Pair it with cured meats, olives, tacos, burgers, lamb, root vegetables, and steak.
