Wine Club Membership Policies


 • Wine Club releases will be made in February, May, August, and November, and will be shipped to the address on record, unless otherwise specified for pickup in person. 

• Wine Club memberships are not activated until you make your first purchase of three (3), six (6) or 12 bottles, depending upon your club membership level.

• Membership in the Cellar Door Wine Club is a 12 month commitment, and if you cancel your membership prior to your fourth pickup, you will be charged an early termination fee of $50, which will be billed to the credit card on file. You may cancel your membership at any time after 4 releases by contacting Nostra Vita Family Winery in writing at least 30 days prior to the scheduled shipment. • Your credit card will be charged the price of the wine, including tax and shipping [if applicable], no more than 14 days prior to the shipment/pickup date.

• If you wish to suspend your membership or skip a shipment, contact us in writing no less than 30 days prior to the next club release date, otherwise your credit card will be charged.

• Any change to your order must be made prior to your credit card being processed.

• Wine Club discounts are for Wine Club members only and are not transferable.

• Unused complimentary tastings do not roll over.

• Please advise us of any changes to your mailing address, shipping address, email address, and/or credit card details. Credit card and other personal details are held under strict confidentiality and used solely for processing Club and online orders.

• You must be 21 years of age or older to be a member of the Cellar Door Wine Club.

• If your order is shipped, there must be someone 21 years or older present to accept and sign for the delivery of your wine shipment.

• Orders shipped cannot be traded.

• Charges incurred for misdirected shipments will be the customer's responsibility.

• Nostra Vita cannot be held responsible for shipments damaged due to weather or the carrier’s negligence. However, we stand by our wines, and if for some reason you are not satisfied, please let us know immediately so that we can identify and remedy the issue.

• If you fail to pick up your wine within 30 days of release, we cannot guarantee that specific wines in that release will still be available.

• Wines not picked up after 45 days will be shipped to you at your listed address, and delivery will be charged to your credit card.
