We will replace or refund any bottle of wine that is damaged or flawed. We ask that you return the unfinished portion of the original bottle for replacement. By law, we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages unless the product is corked or flawed. We are also unable to accept the return of wine that was damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment, or if the wine was ordered in error. Please send an email to email@example.com to arrange for the return of corked or flawed wine(s).
Once we receive the wine, we will contact you and as appropriate, provide a refund of the product to your original credit card account, less the shipping and handling costs. If the original shipment was corked or flawed, you will receive a full refund, including shipping and handling charges. Please contact the Cellar Door at (209) 334-0274 for return instruction.
A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all cancelled orders.
